two favorites

Lately I have three favorite breakfasts.

Favorite number one: wheat toast, almond butter, fresh blueberries, and chia seeds (you can also sub sliced strawberries or bananas)

Favorite number two: wheat bread, crunchy peanut butter, whole banana, and chia seeds (hotdog style)

Favorite number three: plain greek yogurt, very ripe sliced strawberries, agave, flax plus granola

I had number three this morning. Yummmm. What are your favorites?

Funny, I had almost the same breakfast you did. But I had local honey instead of agave, in an effort to help keep allergies down. And no granola.

I also really like to eat quinoa or brown rice with a soft-to-medium boiled egg chopped up in it, and some salsa.

I like a spinach, banana, flax or hemp heart, almond milk shake or a flax plus with fig frozen waffle with greek yogurt and some all fruit jelly.
