No green smoothie today, so instead I whipped up a delicious salad, with a surprise ingredient!
I started with spinach, crasins, half an apple, and walnuts, and was about to dress out with some homemade basic balsamic vinaigrette, when I had a brilliant idea. Chia seeds!
I always put them in my smoothies, so I just added a tablespoon or so to my dressing. It turned out really well.
