killer brownies, the recipe.

Peanut butter, chocolate chip cookie, brownie, AND marshmallow? Yup, this bar has all of those, and is sinfully delicious. And it comes together super fast because you can use brownie mix and pre-made cookie dough! You could  probably use any candy bar, or even Oreos instead of peanut butter cups, whatever tickles your fancy. But be aware, you may want a tall glass of milk to enjoy along with your killer brownies.

 Ingredients:

2 packages refrigerated cookie dough (I used pillsbury brand, with extra big chocolate chips)
2 bags full size Reeses cups
1 fudge brownie mix (sub applesauce for oil)
1 bag mini marshmallows

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread cookie dough evenly in the bottom of an 9 by 13 pan. Unwrap Reeses, and arrange on top of cookie dough. You should have a few extra for snacking. Prepare brownie batter as directed. Pour over reeses, being careful to spread it into the corners. Bake for 30 minutes. I only did 20, and it was pretty gooey in the middle. Check it at 20 just to be safe.

(To be honest, I don't think the marshmallows added much. Instead I'd do frosting, if I had to do it over again).

If you want to do marshmallows, cover the top of the hot brownies with marshmallows and return to the oven for five minutes, or until slightly toasted. Let them cool completely before cutting. These are super rich, but yummy! So many combinations would be good, think Ghiradelli caramel squares or heath bars!
