We got a blendtec last week. I LOVE it! Yesterday my mom and I made blender cheesecake. Here's what you do. Put 13 graham crackers in the blender, and blend them up. Then add a teaspoon lemon juice and some butter, blend it more, then press it into a springform pan, and bake for five minutes at 350 degrees.
Rinse out the blender, add two packages of cream cheese, a chip of sugar, two eggs, and half a teaspoon lemon juice. Blend, and put onto the cooled crust. Bake for 45 minutes at 350. Refrigerate, then serve. With cherries.
