Let's do this.

Just finished my 39 week appointment, and the midwife nearly didn't believe that I'm having no pain. I'm dilated to a loose four and 90% effaced. She said, "This feels like a laboring cervix to me." And she asked if I was sure I hadn't had any pain. Made it sound like the baby was ready to fall out! While I am uncomfortable, all the time, I'm not in what I would call labor pain. I'm really feeling just fine. But I am happy to have made some progress, and would be happy too have a baby tonight!
