christmas crack.
That's what I made for the super bowl party today. I call it that because a coworker brought it in around Christmas, and it is what I imagine crack to be like: delicious and addictive.
Here's the how to.
Ingredients:
1 bag Chester's Puffcorn, butter flavor, 1 bag white chocolate chips, cinnamon to taste.
Directions:
Empty your bag of puffcorn into a large bowl. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, in 30-second increments, stirring between each heating. Pour chocolate over puffcorn, and stir till coated. Spread on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil, and sprinkle with cinnamon (optional).
For a festive version, add food coloring in your color of choice to the chocolate, or sprinkle with sprinkles instead of cinnamon.
I mad 4 bags of this for the superbowl, and came home with 1-2 bags worth leftover. I might have to take it to work, because it is dangerous stuff to have around the house.
Also, it may be difficult to find puffcorn. I found mine at Smith's. Be sure to get butter flavor, not cheese.
We also brought bacon-wrapped smokies to the super bowl, a old family favorite. So delicious, in a hotdog sort of way.
