Goals
Eat oatmeal everyday.
Eat a green smoothie everyday.
Exercise everyday.
Clean some everyday.
Floss everyday.
Read some everyday.
To do this I have to make oatmeal on weekends and smoothies every night. I have to prep my lunch and clothes the night before, and wake up to work out at five. And I have to not let tv govern my time. This is what I need to do to feel good. And to re-lose 10 pounds.
I can do it.
